Meet Jocelyn Parker

Jocelyn joined the 4-H Club through ACDC Baltimore and, with the guidance of Jane Hogg, learned to crochet. She used her love for the craft to form a thriving online business that she calls JRenee Designs & Creations. She has created hundreds of handmade items and not only sells crocheted clothing but she specializes in breathing new life into old clothes by reworking them into beautifully unique designs. Jocelyn is studying fashion design at Baltimore City Community College and serves as an ACDC Baltimore Advocate.
