Thank you to Mayor Brandon M. Scott and MIMA – Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs for awarding one of our beloved staff members, Blanca Tapahuasca, with the Delfina Pareda Echeverria Award at the 2023 Mayor’s Hispanic Heritage Awards ceremony.
